Return & Refund Eligibility:
· We offer a 14-day return window from the date you received your order.
· To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
· Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
How to Return:
1. Contact us at support@oxeagle-lab.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Refunds:
· After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund within 2–7 business days.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
